Shop Texas Electricity STEM Scholarship


Shop Texas Electricity is proud to offer two $1000 scholarships. The 2021 Shop Texas Electricity STEM Scholarship will recognize two qualified scholars for their achievements.


Application Process


  • Complete and submit online application by 11:59 PM on April 30, 2021

  • Write a 450-500 word essay on the following topic with your application:


    Pick an experience from your own life and explain how it has influenced your development.


Requirements

  • Must be a current high school senior planning to attend an accredited two or four year college degree program in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Must submit copy of transcript (unofficial is accepted)
  • Be a resident of Texas
  • Complete and submit application
  • 400-500 word essay on chosen topic
